What to look for when hiring a Bike Accident Reconstruction Expert:

  • Thorough investigation...

Thank you for the fine work you did on Richard's bicycle wheel collapse case. Without your thorough investigation, analysis and opinion, we had no case. There was no other way we could prove that the wheel failed before the crash and not as a result of the crash. Bringing you in to the case as "the guy who wrote the book" on Bicycle Accident Reconstruction definitely gave the case credibility and put fear of losing into the defense.

  • Highest standards of excellence...

In my work as an attorney there is no one I am happier to have providing expert engineering services on behalf of my clients than Jim Green nor anyone I dread more working for the other side. Jim Green's comprehensive knowledge of kinetics, visualization and conspicuity in bicycle related legal cases meets the highest standards of excellence in engineering.

  • Excellent book...

I have used the book Bicycle Accident Reconstruction for the Forensic Engineer with Jim in a very difficult single rider bicycle accident with no witness and an alleged negligent assembly claim. The book is as excellent as Jim. It is a must read for cases involving bicycle forensic engineering.

History of Vehicular Cycling

by Bruce Epperson

If you are interested in the history of vehicular cycling in the United States, please see Bruce Epperson’s excellent paper on the subject here. In my opinion this paper is the definitive work in this area. This is of particular interest if you have Forensic projects involving bike paths or green-ways.
